Comfortable base for 2 nights. Particularly good location, an easy walk to everywhere. Easy to reach from Menara airport, 15 minutes drive. Courteous and wonderful employees with nice manners. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Plenty of food available in the lounge area. Particularly good location just next door to Marrakesch, the desert and the center. Also, in the middle of the city...

Had good sleep at the standard twin room. The location of this hotel not far from the desert was good.

The location was excellent and easy to navigate around. the staff was friendly and very accommodating. the shower area was kept clean and they had hot water available all day long.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to have a good night's sleep. the walls between the rooms were too thin, and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms, making it hard to relax and rest.

Our room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities such as clean towels, hot showers, and toilets. the staff, especially Elisa, was wonderful and always there to help with anything we needed. We loved the delicious breakfast that was served daily with freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, and homemade pancakes. this is a great value for the price!
The pillows were a bit too firm for our liking.

Location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Medina. The host was beyond amazing, always going the extra mile to help and very responsive. Everything was spotlessly clean. Free wi-fi, luggage storage, paid airport shuttle, pets allowed, and non-smoking rooms available.

Lovely garden, but I had to battle with the cats for a spot. The massages at karima spa were fabulous, helped me forget the thin walls.
Smoking and no fresh juice for breakfast, but who needs healthy lungs and vitamin C when in Marrakesh?

The hotel provided a good base for Easter festivities. The location was perfect as it was within a few minutes’ walk of the city's central square, making it easy to get to the Easter celebrations and events. The garden area was lovely, and the lounge was very relaxing. The staff there were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast had a decent selection.
The bathroom area was not fantastic as there was only a curtain separating you from the rest of the room which made some guests feel uncomfortable. The thin walls that separated rooms was another disadvantage as it meant that you could hear other guests clearly.
